Membership and Subscription Terms1- "Subscription" is one of the membership types available on the Kammelna website.2- The holder of the subscription period is referred to as the "Subscriber", and the "Subscription Period" is the agreed-upon duration when the subscription is purchased, granted exclusively to the Subscriber until its expiration.3- By requesting and using a subscription — or by using your existing subscription — you agree to all the terms and conditions, including those stated below.4- The subscription period allows the member to use all features offered by Kammelna to subscribers, provided that the Subscriber does not violate any of the site’s terms and conditions.5- The features currently provided, or those that may be made available to subscribers in the future, may not fully function for all subscribers during their subscription period, and the Subscriber has no right to claim any financial or moral compensation as a result.6- The confidentiality of the password is the sole responsibility of the Subscriber, and Kammelna is not responsible for any loss of password or account theft resulting from the Subscriber’s negligence.7- The subscription fee is non-refundable, and the Subscriber is not entitled to demand, in any way, a refund of the remaining subscription value or to transfer the subscription period to another membership.8- The subscription period belongs to the Subscriber, while the membership itself remains the property of Kammelna. Therefore, the Subscriber or member has no right to act with their membership in any manner that violates all or part of the terms and conditions. Selling or renting the membership is strictly prohibited. The member is not entitled to claim any financial or moral compensation for any loss or error in their membership details, except for the "Subscription Period".9- Selling gold cards inside or outside the website is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.10- Kammelna’s team reserves the right to temporarily shut down the website for system updates or routine maintenance purposes.General Terms1- Kammelna reserves the right to modify or terminate the services provided on the website for any reason.2- An announcement will be made, and a sufficient grace period will be granted for subscribers to complete any remaining subscription procedures.3- Kammelna reserves the right to modify or change the Terms of Use at any time.4- If the modifications represent a fundamental change to the terms and conditions, Kammelna will notify users via email.5- The determination of what constitutes a “fundamental change” will be made solely and in good faith by Kammelna.6- Kammelna reserves the right to restrict or deny service to any person for any reason it deems a violation, at any time, for free memberships.7- Kammelna also reserves the right to restrict or deny service to any violating subscriber at any time.8- Kammelna may delete any content or account that is considered illegal, infringing on others’ rights, damaging to others’ image or public figures, disputed, violating intellectual property rights, or breaching the site’s terms and conditions.Refund Policy1- Due to the nature of Kammelna’s services (gameplay subscriptions – activation codes – gold cards), the website does not provide refunds for any purchased subscription code, playtime, or gold cards after the purchase is completed.2- In the event that the purchased item does not reach the buyer, the website will take all possible measures to ensure delivery of the purchased item.3- If Kammelna is unable to deliver the item, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded to the user in the manner Kammelna deems appropriate.
